Korean pop music is bipolar: it can be calming, soft and pleasing to the ears, but it can also be wild and untamed - such is the case with TWICE's music video for 'Cheer Up.'

The groups latest single is as much as pleasing to the ear as it is puzzling as the song jumps from loud and deafening to giving us brief moments of peace.
