In true Comic-Con fashion, NBC has dropped the full trailer for their upcoming miniseries 'Heroes Reborn.' 'Heroes Reborn' takes place after the original series, shedding light on fresh faces, old and new. People with powers are now called EVOs, hunted and feared by the ordinary.

'Heroes' has always been constructed around philosophy, ways of being in and of the world we live in. It's incredible then, that when words of "memories" and "regret" emerge in this trailer, we think back to the groundbreaking television program 'Heroes' was back in 2006.

Tim Kring's original series gave us one of the best first seasons of any television show, period. I used to stay up as a kid to watch it on channel 7, eagerly awaiting the fates of Sylar and Peter Petrelli and Noah Bennet. It was a program built with an exciting mythology, a story that unfolded as you watched, characters grew with time, and best of all a world where anything could happen.

With a first season so great, the subsequent years were not kind to Kring's lovechild. With the Writer's Strike marring season 2's development and difficulty putting together what followed, 'Heroes' was eventually cancelled.

'Heroes Reborn' not only gives the series new life, it is redemption to once again find the show that millions loved.
